What is the sizing like for your clothing items?
Our sizing follows standard US sizing charts. Each product page includes detailed measurements to help you find your perfect fit. For leather and denim items, we recommend checking the stretch percentage as these materials may fit differently. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we suggest sizing up for comfort.
How should I care for my leather/faux leather items?
For genuine leather:
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Use a leather conditioner monthly to maintain suppleness
- Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth
- Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the coating
- Store flat to prevent creasing

We offer two thoughtful shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivering in 10-15 business days after processing (1-2 business days)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivering in 15-25 business days after processing
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly serve fashion-forward women worldwide, though we currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions. During checkout, you’ll see if we deliver to your location. Our global shipping rates and times apply to all international orders.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS depending on your selected shipping method).
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. We accept returns for store credit or exchange; refunds to original payment method are available for store credit returns after the first return.
How do I initiate a return?
Please email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions. Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What items cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Earrings and other pierced jewelry
- Final sale items (clearly marked on product pages)

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB, as well as PayPal for secure checkout. All transactions are encrypted for your security.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your items to you as soon as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the processing stage.

Where is Opal & Oak Store located?
Our boutique is located at 1113 Whaley Lane, Omaha, US 75571. While we don’t currently offer in-store shopping, we’re happy to assist you with any virtual styling questions!
Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
All orders from Opal & Oak Store arrive in our signature luxe packaging with tissue paper and our logo sticker – perfect for gifting! For special occasion items (evening glam or jewelry), we include an extra layer of protective wrapping. Currently, we don’t offer personalized gift messages, but this is a feature we’re considering for the future.
