We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) with two convenient options:

Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Shipping fee: $12.95 USD
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Available for orders over $50
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: All orders require 1-2 business days for processing before shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Opal & Oak purchase as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Jewellery (due to personal wear)
  • Hats, Scarves & Gloves (intimate accessories)

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request
  2. We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions
  3. Pack your item securely in the original packaging
  4. Include the completed return form (we’ll email this to you)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your new item once we receive the original
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Exchanges are subject to availability

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
